Hotel lobby in Fabulous Fairmont Royal York in Toronto

There is a hotel in Toronto that everyone wants to see and experience. This place is magical since you cross the doors and has one of the best locations in my favourite city.

I would like to share with you some pictures from my visit to Fairmont Royal York in Toronto. This historic hotel opened in 1929 is one of the most luxurious in Toronto. Until today it accommodated more than 40 million guests from all over the world.

Fairmont Royal York is located across the street from Union Station, which is very convenient for a lot of travellers. If you travel to Toronto through Billy Bishop Airport  you will get here within 10 minutes. You can also access TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) which will bring you to most of the places in Toronto without leaving building.

Interior will definitely make you take a lot of pictures. I love all the details and colours inside the lobby.

I hope that thanks to my pictures I’m able to show you the luxury and royal atmosphere that you can find in this hotel. This is definitely ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL LOBBY I have ever seen.

What is also interesting that they have a lot of sitting areas, so theres no problem if you have to wait for your room or just for a taxi after checking – out.

If you walk around, you should visit 2nd floor where there are a lot of archival pictures presenting the story of the hotel.

What made me feel very comfortable, almost like in home were carpets. They are literally everywhere. It seems like it can be hard to keep it clean, but hotel staff cares about their property.

I’m sure you enjoyed my post about Fairmont Royal York 🙂  Hopefully it will help you to make your decision when you will be looking for a hotel in Toronto.
